Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Spice Mix
  • egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • burger buns.

    Instructions

    1. Season chicken with chili, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    2. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs, then fry until golden.
    3. Toast bun, spread mayo mixed with chili sauce, add lettuce, tomato, and fried chicken.
    Assemble: Spread spicy mayo on toasted buns. Layer with lettuce, tomato, and the hot chicken patty.

  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 Buns
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Ketchup/Mustard.
  • Steps:
    Grill beef → Melt cheese → Toast bun → Assemble burger

    Ingredients:

  • 200g Pasta (e.g., Spaghetti)
  • 1 tin (400g) Crushed Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Fresh Basil, Parmesan.
  • Steps:

  • Boil: Cook 200g pasta in salted water. Save a splash of water before draining.
  • Sizzle: Sauté 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tsp chilli flakes in olive oil for 30 seconds.
  • Simmer: Add 1 tin (400g) crushed tomatoes and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Toss: Mix pasta into the sauce with the saved water. Stir until glossy and coated. Serve with fresh basil and grated Parmesan.

    Ingredients:

  • 1 quart Fresh Strawberries
  • ½ cup Sugar (divided)
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (divided)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Instructions

    1. Macerate: Toss berries with 3 tbsp sugar; set aside to get juicy.
    2. Dough: Mix flour, 1 tbsp sugar, and ¾ cup cream until a lumpy dough forms.
    3. Bake: Scoop dough onto a tray and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12 minutes.
    4. Finish: Whip the remaining cream with the rest of the sugar and vanilla. Top the warm "cakes" with berries and cream.

    Ingredients:

  • Rice: 2 cups Basmati
  • 500g pre-boiled Beef (keep the broth).
  • Vegetables: 2 large Onions (finely sliced), 1 tbsp Garlic-Ginger paste.
  • Spices: 2 tbsp Pilau Masala.
  • Liquid: 4 cups Beef Broth/Water (use a 1:2 rice-to-water ratio).
  • Steps:

  • Fry onions in oil until they are deep dark brown
  • Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, pilau masala, and pre-boiled meat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the rice and stir to coat it in the spiced oil.
  • Lower the heat to the absolute minimum and cook for 15–20 minutes.Serve hot.

    Potatoes: 4 large starchy potatoes (e.g., Russet or Maris Piper).

  • Vegetable or Canola oil for deep frying.
  • Seasoning: Salt to taste.
  • Steps:
    Peel and cut potatoes into fry-shaped pieces → Heat oil to 350°F → Fry until golden brown → Drain on paper towels → Season with salt.
